REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REGISTRATION
When first signing up with ESG, our online registration form must be fully completed including agreement to the terms and conditions.
- Select the relevant day/days before submitting.
- Respond to your registration email and confirm payment method.
- All bank transfers must be referenced with your Child's Full name.
Term fees must be paid prior to your child’s first ESG session.
Your Child’s place is only confirmed at ESG once payment has been received.
BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT
Players are expected to:
- Show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, officials and spectators.
- Display good sportsmanship at all times.
- Refrain from bullying, discrimination, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour.
ESG reserves the right to suspend or remove any player whose behaviour is considered unacceptable.
REFUNDS AND MISSED SESSIONS
no refunds
- Term fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If student register for the term and withdraw during that term, the full term fee is still applicable.
MISSED SESSIONS & MAKE-UP POLICY
- In the event of illness, serious medical conditions or injuries preventing participation, supported by a medical certificate,
- ESG will offer make up sessions to cover those missed.
- Make-up sessions maybe offered at any ESG venue.
- Make-up sessions for missed classes will not be available without prior notice.
- Make-up sessions can NOT be transferred from one term to another.
RESPONSIBILITY AND INJURIES
- You have a responsibility to ensure your son/daughter is physically fit to play football at ESG Football Academy.
- Players should not attend ESG if they are unwell or have a contagious illness.
- ESG Football Academy along with any of the schools where our sessions are held, are not liable for any injuries, losses or damages incurred during training sessions.
- In the event of serious injuries, ESG Football Academy staff will provide emergency first aid only when necessary.
CANCELLATIONS AND FORCE MAJEURE
In the event that sessions cant be held or postponed due to events beyond our control (force majeure) or due to events that are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence or ESG Football Academy, ESG cannot be held liable for any damages, costs or losses incurred.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
The academy may take photographs and videos during training sessions, matches, tournaments, and events for coaching, promotional, and social media purposes.
Parents/guardians who do not wish their child to appear in photographs or videos must notify the academy in writing.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ESG Football Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as and when needed.
